Our curriculum is designed in such a way that it takes you on a physical performance journey where each level builds upon the other, making sure you lay the foundation first and then gradually built upwards.

Why do I need to write a letter of motivation?
The letter of motivation is one of the ways we make sure you and your fellow trainees have a motivating and safe environment to thrive in. We look for willingness, curiosity, openness and a supportive mindset. Because of this letter, you will experience what training with only motivated people does to the energy you feel and results you get out of the process.

What is the size of the groups I will be training in?
Depending on the program, the ratio trainer to participants is 1 to 8. However, in the Bootcamp the ratio is 1 trainer for every 5 participants. This way we make sure you have the motivating dynamics of team sports and the quality of personal training. Fun, togetherness, focus and attention are important building blocks in obtaining lasting results.

We would like to know you in order to coach you. Which is why your process starts with a physical analysis and an in-depth questionnaire. Also, in the different programs, we expect you to work out 3 times a week. During these workouts our trainers provide you with personal coaching. Expect personal feedback, content and life hacks on nutrition through both online & offline.
