I have over 15 years of experience in the field working with clients of all levels up to Olympic athletes and world champions. This has given me insights in the commonalities and differences in human movement.
Never not learning to improve my game and most of the times just studying for the fun of it. I just love the intricacies and complexities of the human body, especially in making theory applicable in the field of sports performance. This is why I cannot let a year pass by without acquiring new knowledge or experience in order to grow myself and help others to grow.
