Training at Rockstar level means you have a strong and resilient body with the freedom and capacity to move and play.
To enter this level you have to complete an aptitude test. You need to show us that your body has a certain strenght, mobility, endurance and proper coordination. On a day to day basis we will take you through a well designed structural woirkout plan, whilst being guided by highly skilled and motivated Rockstar trainers.
In this program we keep you satisfied, challenged and have a lot of fun while working out. And since everybody has past the aptitude test you're always training with motivated buddies.

This 6 week journey is based upon a carefully designed strength & conditioning program. During the bootcamp we guide you step by step. In the first 3 weeks we focus on building a strong foundation by using strength exercises with kettlebells. In the remaining 3 weeks we kick it up a notch. We make sure that your progress is fast and sustainable!
