Forging a lifestyle that fits your needs and wants is all about creating habits. This is what Next Level is all about. We guide and support you in obtaining the 10 Habits of Highly Effective Rockstars.
More than just physical training, Next Level focuses on how to encompass lasting behavioural change. When behavioural change is lasting, a lifestyle arises.
Of course we also apply 'progressive overload' in a small group setting with experienced trainers. Together with a personal food plan and coaching you’ll continue on your journey towards your personal goal.

Minor or major adjustments to your previous food plan based on your preferences and results will help you take it one step further. Together with coaching by our nutrition coach will make sure you learn how maintain a healthy relationship with food and still get the results you want.
