What do you need? 2 to 3 servings
300 gr ground beef
1/2 red onion
1 egg
20 gr bread-crumbs
50 gr spinach
5 gr herbes de provence
75 gr feta cheese
Pearl couscous salad
200 grams of pearl couscous
30 ml olive oil
1/2 cucumber
1 yellow or red pepper
1/2 red onion
2 tablespoons of black olive slices
few sprigs of fresh dill or mint
2 teaspoons ras el hanout
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
tzatziki
1/2 cucumber
3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt or low-fat cottage cheese
few sprigs of fresh dill or mint
optional: 1 clove of garlic

How do you make this?
Cook the pearl couscous according to the directions of the packaging, drain and rinse with cold water. Drain and put the pearl couscous in a large bowl with olive oil and toss.
In the meantime, cut the remaining ingredients for the salad. The pepper, half a cucumber and tomatoes can all be cut into cubes of about 1.5 cm. Cut half a red onion into rings. Coarsely chop the dill or mint leaves.
Finish the pearl couscous salad by adding all the ingredients for the salad. Add some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Chop half a red onion and put it in a bowl together with ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, herbes de provence and a good pinch of salt.
Mix everything well with your hands. Add the spinach and coarsely crumble the feta over the meat. Mix this carefully through the meat, so that you retain the coarse pieces of feta.
Fry the burgers in a pan in some oil or butter for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
While the burgers are in the pan, make the tzatziki. Cut the other half of the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon. Grate the cucumber and put it in a bowl. Add the Greek yogurt and finely chop the mint / dill and add it. Stir everything together and your tzatziki is ready.
First putting the pearl couscous salad on the plate, then the burger and finally a spoon of tzatziki.
Enjoy!
